Grounding and structured output
We give the model only the data relevant to the task — a single progress report, a single property — and ask for structured JSON rather than free text. That makes results predictable, easy to display and easy to validate before anyone sees them.
On demand, cached and cost-aware
AI calls cost money and time, so we run them when a user asks, cache results, and mark them stale when the underlying data changes. Fast, inexpensive models handle routine work; larger models are reserved for tasks that need them.
