Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of 7crm.in and the products offered by 7CRM, including SchoolBee, PaperBee and Photo Studio CRM (the “Services”). By creating an account or using the Services you agree to these terms. If you use the Services on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept them for it.

1. Accounts

  • You are responsible for keeping login details confidential and for activity under your account.
  • Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • Account owners control which staff or team members get access and what they can do.

2. Free trials and plans

Some Services offer a free trial. When it ends, you can choose a paid plan to continue. Plan features, limits and prices are shown in each product and may change; changes apply from your next billing period.

3. Billing

  • Paid plans are billed in advance for the selected period (for example, monthly or yearly) through our payment provider.
  • Fees are in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise and are non-refundable except where required by law or stated in the product.
  • If payment is not received, access to paid features may be restricted after the period ends.

4. Your data

You own the data you add to the Services. You give us permission to host and process it only to provide and support the Services. You are responsible for having the right to use that data — for example, schools are responsible for any consent needed from parents. See our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful.
  • Upload content you don’t have rights to, or that infringes others’ rights.
  • Send spam or unsolicited messages through messaging integrations.
  • Attempt to access other customers’ data, probe or disrupt our systems, or reverse engineer the Services.
  • Use generated documents (such as certificates or ID cards) to misrepresent facts.

6. AI features

AI-generated content (such as report analysis, question papers or marketing text) is provided to assist you. Review it before relying on or publishing it; you remain responsible for how it is used.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Services available and secure but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may improve, change or discontinue features; where a change significantly reduces a paid Service, we will give reasonable notice.

8. Products in development

Products described as “coming soon”, “launching soon” or “in development” (such as BrokerBee, Hotel AI, DentalBee and DoctorBee) are not yet available, and their features and timelines may change.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, 7CRM is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the relevant Service in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Termination

You can stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms. After closure, your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Pune, Maharashtra have jurisdiction.
